37th Session of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Somaliland Chaired by Vice President Mohamed Ali Aw Cabdirahman
The 37th session of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Somaliland was held today at the Presidential Palace, chaired by the Vice President of Somaliland and Acting President, Mr. Mohamed Ali Aw Cabdirahman.
Among the key agenda items discussed at the session were:
1. National Security Report:
The State Minister of the Ministry of Security, Munasar Abdirahman Ahmed, briefed the Council on the country’s security situation. He stated that overall security in Somaliland is stable, and that there are no incidents of unrest or instability anywhere in the country.
Minister Munasar also emphasized that the nation enjoys complete political stability. He informed the Council that the Peace Initiatives launched by the President in Erigavo are progressing smoothly. Additionally, he highlighted that road traffic accidents have become a national issue, requiring coordinated national action to address them effectively.
